6 HOURS OF SPA-FRANCORCHAMPS: THE ISOTTA FRASCHINI DUQUEINE TEAM IS READY TO HIT THE TRACK AGAIN AFTER THE TOUGH RACE AT IMOLA

After the challenging test that saw the Isotta Fraschini Duqueine Tipo 6 LMH Competizione launched onto the Santerno circuit, where it had to face not only the hostile track but also tight traffic and pouring rain, finishing in seventeenth position, there’s a desire for redemption in the team box. On Saturday, May 11th, they will race on another legendary circuit, Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium.
Meanwhile, the team is preparing for the long weekend of practice, qualifying, and the race. The Ardennes event promises to be an exciting challenge, serving as a springboard to the highly anticipated 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Jean-Karl Vernay: “Extremely excited to be back at Spa, a circuit which I love and have been successful on in every category I’ve raced there. It will again be important to show our progress against the rest of the grid and make a big step forward before Le Mans!”

Carl Bennett: “Another legendary circuit we will be competing at in WEC. I’m looking forward to the race. The goal for myself is to improve, put in a clean race, and carry that momentum into Le Mans 24h.”

Antonio Serravalle: “Spa is a very special circuit. It will be my first time on this circuit, but I am looking forward to the challenge and any improvements from the team and myself over the weekend.”

Max Favard (Team Manager): “Spa is always a special event. It will be demanding for the drivers and for the car. After finishing Imola 2 weeks ago the entire Isotta Fraschini Duqueine team is jumping into the «toboggan des Ardennes» with the intention to achieve a good and clean race result to prepare for Le Mans 24h.”

Concentration and plenty of preparations from now on for the Isotta Fraschini Duqueine Team as they await the race on the Belgian circuit.
